I enjoyed dining at various restaurants during my stay. Ciao became my favorite for its excellent Italian cuisine, while the Brazilian restaurant, Ipanema, offered an impressive array of grilled meats that were cooked to perfection. The food was consistently excellent with lots of variety, and the special events added to the dining experience.

Fun Pool Activities

The pool area was vibrant and full of activities. I particularly loved the games organized by the entertainment staff, which kept everyone engaged. Between the pool parties and the availability of boogie boards, there was never a dull moment, making it a fantastic way to enjoy my time outside.

Excellent Kids Club

Relaxing Spa Experience

Our stay was overall fantastic, with outstanding customer service and an incredible atmosphere. The staff truly made us feel like rock stars, especially Mr. Juan at the Zen Restaurant. However, the dining experience had its ups and downs, with some food items being less than ideal. Still, the amenities and pools were excellent, creating a wonderful vacation vibe.

However, my check-in process was frustratingly delayed, and the beach was not as pristine as I had hoped. While the dining at the specialty restaurants was excellent, the buffet left something to be desired. Overall, it had its highs and lows, but I might consider returning for the attentive service and vibrant atmosphere.
